The Wuzhizhou Island is located
in Lingshui Bay, Lingshui County, covering
1.48 square kilometers. It looks like a butterfly
in appearance and it is one of the several
islands with fresh-water resources and abundant
plants. On the island, there are over 2000
varieties of rare plants like the dragon tree.
You will find special planting phenomenon
here, such as ¡°intergrowth¡±, ¡°parasitism¡±,
¡°strangle¡± and so on.
It is the most favorite place for diving.
The surrounding sea area is rich in varieties
of tropical fish and the coral reef, so it
is considered one of the best nature protection
areas among Hainan costal places. |
